WP RELAIS S.r.l. via dell’Arcoveggio 59/5 40129 Bologna (VAT number 02783321207), owner of the website http://www.wprelais.com, in its capacity as Controller (“hereinafter, the “Controller“) of the personal data of users who browse and are registered on the Site (hereinafter, the “Users“) hereby provides the privacy policy pursuant to Art. 13 of EU Regulation 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 (hereinafter, “Regulation” or “Applicable Legislation“).
This Site and any services offered through the Site are reserved for persons aged eighteen and over. The Controller therefore does not collect any personal data on persons under the age of 18. At the request of Users, the Controller shall promptly delete all personal data involuntarily collected relating to persons under the age of 18.
The Controller takes the right to privacy and the protection of personal data of its Users into the utmost consideration. For any information in relation to this privacy policy, Users may contact the Controller at any time, using the following methods:

- Purpose of the data processing
Users’ personal data will be lawfully processed by the Controller in accordance with Article 6 of the Regulation for the following purposes:

- to respond to enquiries received by us via the contact form,
- to register on the reserved area of the site, through which Users can access the online purchasing portal,
- to meet legal obligations, i.e. to fulfil obligations required by law, an authority, a regulation or European legislation.
The provision of personal data for the above-mentioned processing purposes is optional but necessary, since failure to provide such data will make it impossible for the User to browse the site, register on the Site and use the services offered by the Controller on the Site.

Once consent has been revoked, the Controller will send the User an email confirming that consent has been revoked. To revoke consent to the sending of promotional communications by telephone, while continuing to receive promotional communications by email, or vice versa, please send a request to the Controller in the manner indicated in paragraph 9 below.
Please be advised that following the exercise of the right to object to the sending of promotional communications and newsletters by email, it is possible that, for technical and operational reasons (e.g. use of contact lists completed shortly before the receipt by the Data Controller of the request to revoke consent) the User will continue to receive some further promotional messages and newsletters. Should the User continue to receive promotional messages and newsletters after 24 hours have elapsed since exercising the right to revoke consent, please report the problem to the Controller, using the contacts indicated in paragraph 9 below.
- Social media – social login
This site also incorporates plugins and/or buttons in order to enable easy sharing of content on your favourite social networks. When you visit a page on our website that contains a plugin, your browser connects directly to the servers of the social network from where the plugin is loaded. The Controller will process the Users’ personal data by means of manual and computerised tools, with logics strictly related to the purposes themselves and, in any case, in such a way as to guarantee the security and confidentiality of the data. The personal data of the Site’s Users will be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the primary purposes set out in paragraph 1 above, or in any case as necessary for the protection in civil law of the interests of both the Users and the Controller.
In the cases referred to in paragraph 3 above, Users’ personal data shall be kept for the time strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes set out therein and, in any case, within the limits set out in the Applicable Legislation.
- Legal basis for processing

6. Scope of data communication and dissemination
Users’ personal data may come to the knowledge of the employees and/or collaborators of the Controller in charge of managing the Site. These subjects, who are formally appointed by the Controller as “data processors”, will process the User’s data exclusively for the purposes indicated in this information notice and in compliance with the provisions of the Applicable Legislation.
